Welcome.
Below are examples of just a few of our most recent works.
For a comprehensive project list, see our works page.

Kolstein's
Kolstein & Son has been making, repairing
and restoring fine instruments for over 60 years. And they are the nicest folks
you could ever hope to work with.
We gave them a complete
makeover that does their fine history justice.

Wood Violins
Wood Violins is one of the brainchildren
of Mark Wood, virtuoso electric violinist, emmy-award winning composer and, obviously,
instrument designer! Wood Violins' instruments have to be seen to be believed.
We built both versions 1 and two of their website,
which includes a forum for musicians and prospective buyers. We've also made instructional
CD's and promotional DVD's for them.

Electrify your Strings!
Another incarnation of Mark Wood (&
Laura Kaye) is "Electrify your Strings!", a program that transforms
music education programs in every school it touches.
We've been in it with them since the start - we designed their logo, a mix of
a 3D-rendered 22nd century violin and a traditional one, melded and in flames.
We built the website, which has a wonderful opening and some truly inspiring testimonials,
and have just completed version one of their DVD for educators. The DVD includes
a 10-minute short we created in-house.
If you haven't heard of "Electrify your Strings!", you
owe yourself a visit to their site.

Mike Malloy Web Site
Mike Malloy is a nationally-syndicated radio host, who has
an extraordinarily loyal following, both through his radio AND his internet audiences.
Anything but a newcomer to talk radio, Malloy has been broadcasting for years,
and is in the 2003 Talkers Magazine "Heavy 100" list of Talk Radio hosts.
His website was well-worn, and needed an update.
We gave the show a new home
in cyberspace, complete with a database-driven back end that allows Kathy
Bay, the show's producer, to add content to the site as needed. We also gave them
a new message board.
Within 24 hours, there were over 3000 hits to the new site, and the message board
is already getting a thorough workout. Mike, his producer and the listeners have
given the site resounding approval. We couldn't be more pleased, or honored.

Police Trial Expert Website
Michael Levine is a 25-year Justice department veteran, and
one of the most highly-decorated agents in the history of the DEA.
Now retired from government work, Mr. Levine is a private
consultant, a court-qualified expert witness, a New York Times' bestselling author
and Radio Show host. (see below).
The Police
Trial Expert website is Levine's professional site - it includes a full CV,
a fascinating case list, and streaming video.

Laura Kaye Website
Our dear friend, and one hell of a vocalist. This website features
one of the neatest flash opens we've ever done. Go see
it. |
 |
AIA Flash Tutorials
The American Institute of Architects has
custom software that allows users to fill out and print proprietary AIA forms.
They needed a way to instruct users on
the use of this software. We worked with their technical support department to
determine the most pressing user issues, then scripted and built 4 Flash Tutorials
that walk the user through:
Installation of the demo software
Purchase and activation
Conversion of documents from an earlier version
As a result, they can now look forward to greater user satisfacftion,
and a reduced number of technical support calls.

Expert Witness Radio Show Website
As shown above, Mike Levine has a pretty remarkable history.
Even more remarkable is that Mike has been doing a radio show on Pacifica Network
flagship station WBAI in New York for over 7 years - without pay.
We're proud to say that we've been with him for 5 of them. We built
and maintain the show's website,
which features a vast archive of previous shows, documents and articles - and
we produce the shows in our studio as well.

Emigrant Savings Bank CD-ROM
Emigrant Savings Bank has a long history
in the City of New York. They were looking for a way to increase usage of their
online banking service.
We built 150
Years Of Excellence, an interactive CD-ROM that includes animation of historical
photographs, promotion of Emigrant's services, discount offers, and a New York
trivia contest with some really nice prizes. Best of all, for Emigrant, we built
in a direct link to their Online Banking sign up.
They're extremely happy with the disc
- it helped boost their online banking business, (so much so that they're planning
a second version!) and some lucky folks won some nice prizes to boot!

Mission Sound Web Site
Mission Sound Recording
is a beautiful recording studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They've got a classic
Neve mixing console, and big beautiful rooms with a heaping helping of natural
light.
What they DIDN'T
have was a decent website. But doing a site for a studio is a challenge. An artist
wants to bring their work to a studio that doesn't overly bear on their work,
yet they want it to be inviting and technically above-par.
We gave Mission Sound a new logo, on-site photography and
a website with coherent look and feel that isn't overbearing...simple, clean and
direct.
The results
speak for themselves.

Lucent MultiVoice CD
Our good friends at DSE/B®andesign
brought us on board to cover music, narration, animation and programming on this
sales CD-ROM. The disc illustrates the benefits of Lucent's MultiVoice solutions.
We used Director and Flash, along with in-house music and narration, to bring it
to life. |
 |
Avoiding Armageddon
A
Flash game we built for our friends at Starpoint
Solutions, for the companion website to a compelling documentary called "Avoiding
Armageddon" by Ted Turner Pictures.
The
game won Macromedia's Flash "Site of the Day".
